Cindy has excellent knowledge of the local real estate market, as well as current marketing techniques. There was never any doubt that she was working hard and following through on the strategies we agreed on. But I particularly appreciated how she went “above and beyond” to help me. I had to move out of town before my house was sold, and Cindy was extremely helpful with keeping an eye on the house, and helping take care of minor maintenance items that arose.
