Cynthia was very professional and thorough. The first time we met, she came with a complete, individualized booklet with all the local comparative home sales in the area. She established a sale price that was above our expectations and the house was under contract three days after listing. The sale price was for the full asking price, actually it was $1,000 above our asking price. We used the attorney recommended by Cynthia and everything went very smoothly.
